How do I place an order?
What information do I need to provide to make an order?
In order to process your order we require the following information:
Your car make and model, Year of the car, seat configuration including armrest, rear folding seats, and total headrest.
Your shipping, order information & billing address.
Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.
I selected fitting services, What now?
We will get in contact with you to set up a date, time and location for your fitting which is suitable for you.
How long does shipping take? Can I track my order?
All in-stock orders will be shipped as soon as possible after confirming your details. Stock orders will typically take 4 days to arrive while custom orders typically take around 15 days.
We provide tracking information with all our orders. Many reasons can cause shipments delay such as traffic or bad weather. Check the status of your shipment using your tracking number.
